The Lupus and Allied Diseases Association, Inc., is an all-volunteer, passion-driven organization and no volunteer has ever received compensation for their efforts since our inception. We rely entirely on donated manpower hours to achieve our mission and provide our program services. In 2023, 109 total volunteers, including our CEO and other key administrators, accumulated 9,212 hours of volunteer-contributed services; making our volunteers our largest group of donors.

Although we rely on charitable donations to fund our program services and receive support from many stakeholders who represent various viewpoints regarding healthcare issues, we solely embody the patient perspective. A copy of our Annual Report and IRS Filing may be found on our website on the About Us page or requested from the NYS Attorney General’s Charities Bureau at 120 B
